Kashiwa High School Projection Mapping

A projection-mapping work created across an entire gymnasium for the closing of Kashiwa High School’s cultural festival.

While serving as ShibaLab’s representative, I led a projection-mapping project commissioned for the closing of Shibaura Institute of Technology Kashiwa High School’s cultural festival. The work transformed the gymnasium’s wide walls, beams, and surrounding architecture into a single large-scale visual space.

I led the team from initial planning and visual production through the presentation on the day of the event.

On site, we used test patterns to align position and color across multiple surfaces. The finished sequence filled the venue with blue light and large-scale projected imagery.
